TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All photographs on this website are the property of Claudia Griffin Photography, copying, duplicating, editing or distributing via any media, without written permission is prohibited.

1. All deposits paid are non refundable.

2. Location shoots may be subject to rescheduling if weather conditions are not suitable.point, and refund of the deposit will be issued within 5 working days.

3. If cancellation is made by you the client, your deposit is not refundable.

4. In the unlikely event that cancellation is made by Claudia Griffin Photography then all deposits will be refunded within 5 working days.

5. Unless you state otherwise, you agree that Claudia Griffin Photography may use all photographs in our marketing efforts, online and otherwise.

6. Payment is to be made by cash, banktransfer or Paypal.

7. Promotions and special offers are subject to availability and may only apply to those directly contacted by us.

8. If taking up a combined offer of Maternity and Newborn shoot, the second shoot must take place within 4 weeks of the babies birth.

9. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Please be aware when viewing your photos that all monitors/screens are different therefore colour may vary in your final prints.

11. I will discuss prior to the shoot any enhancements or the level of enhancement you wish me to make to any photographs taken.

12. All photographs ordered will be printed professionally.

13. Depending on storage conditions, the colours in prints may change over time.

14. Depending on size some cropping may be required or a white border added to prevent lose of image on close ups.

15. It is not always possible to get a specific pose that you may have seen in my portfolio, especially with newborns and children.

16. Every effort is made to get your finished product to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 4 weeks, depending on product ordered and to allow for busy periods.

17. You are never under any obligation to buy any photographs, but please be aware once prints, wall art or albums have been ordered, refunds are not available.

18. Claudia Griffin Photography are not responsible for any prints or wall art that you choose to print out yourself when buying a disc/USB.

19. Full payment for your photo shoot is required prior to the commencement of your photo shoot.

20. Full payment for product is required at the time of ordering

21. All photographs remain the property of Claudia Griffin Photography and may not be edited, duplicated, published or distributed without written consent.

22. In the event of your requiring to reschedule a booking, we will try, without commitment to accommodate your preferred date. Your deposit is not refundable.

23. In the unlikely event that Claudia Griffin Photography needs to reschedule an existing booking, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and may request to cancel at this.
